Today, I'd like to introduce the best scheduler! TODOIST (Todoist), which helps you with your work and tasks.
Don't worry too much because the inside is completely translated into Korean once you log in. This program is free. You can access it not only through the app but also through the website and mobile app site. After signing up, the first screen looks like this.
There are a lot of to-dos piled up. If you check the circle in front of that list, the to-do disappears! This is the charm of Todoist. There's a sense of accomplishment in deleting a to-do after completing it. There is no feature to show a collection of past to-dos. However, you can search for past schedule titles through the search bar in the upper left corner to find them.
The [Manage] menu on the left stores a list of all the schedules you've created.
Among these, if you want to group specific schedules together, you can create and manage them as [Projects]. In the middle left, you can see the sub-menu under Projects, which are the projects I created. For example, University Life Management, Save 30 Million Won, etc. You can create medium-to-long-term plans as projects and set periodic repetitions. Let's take an example.
First, to create a new schedule, press the + symbol in the upper right corner. When the popup appears as below, you can enter the title and a brief description.
One of the drawbacks of Todoist here. It's a bit difficult to set recurring schedules. It's localized in Korean, but it's incomplete. To set a recurring schedule, you need to enter the day of the week or a specific word for the recurring schedule in the title. If you type 'daily' like that, the text is highlighted in a red box, which means the recurring schedule is set.
Unfortunately, the recurring schedule indicator doesn't appear separately after you create a schedule. (+ Added 8/12: You can check the recurring settings by hovering over the 'Due Date' as shown below!)
In the screen below, the round part that says [Me] in the upper right corner is the profile. If you click there, you can set the theme. I prefer dark mode to reduce eye strain. Other basic themes are also provided. If you pay, you can use Pro themes. However, I feel that it's sufficient for personal use even if I use it for free.
I've used numerous schedule management programs, but Todoist is the only one that's intuitive and convenient. It's been about a month since I started using it, and I start and end my day with Todoist. Once you try it, you'll agree.

Last bonus. Refer to the above book for a clearer understanding of why TO DO writing is necessary and how to effectively utilize it. It's a book written by a Japanese blogger nicknamed Lifehacking (not the YouTuber Jachung;). Although it was written in 2020, it includes some outdated content, but much of it is still valid.
For example, things like '066 Template completed tasks', '079 Batch processing is the default for similar tasks', and '116 Don't spend time on secondary information sites' provided me with significant insights.
